Its high quality joints make it a pleasure to fold and unfold and it has a precise and positive locking button for adjusting the angle of the tray. It comes complete with a nylon carrying bag.

Designed from the start as a music light, the GigLight does actually light a whole score (unlike lights derived from book reading lights, which do not have a big enough reach). The 4 supplied AA batteries will power the light for over 8 hours, and the GigLight can also operate from the optional mains adaptor.

 

The high powered LED light source has a rated life of 50,000 hours, and is impervious to shocks.

 

The GigLight packs into a very small lightweight pouch.
