The following music stand lights will fit almost any stand in addition to our own stands (you will also find them featured in the lamps section of each of our own stands)

HaloClip light
In a single move, this music stand light attaches neatly, easily and rigidly to most music stand trays (including all those from RAT Music Stands). Like all RAT Music Stand lights, it is designed to throw the maximum amount of light on the score, with the least possible spillage.

• Uses a mains voltage tungsten halogen bulb commonly available from RAT Music Stands and electrical stores
• Precision curved reflector gives excellent illumination with little light spillage
• Double insulated for safety
• Very slim housing does not obstruct view of conductor

Twin HaloClip light
In a single move, the clip-on lamp attaches neatly, easily and rigidly to most music stand trays (including all those from RAT Music Stands). Like all RAT Music Stand lamps, it is designed to throw the maximum amount of light on the score, with the absolute minimum of spillage.

• Uses two low voltage tungsten halogen bulbs commonly available from RAT Music Stands and electrical stores
• Low voltage bulbs give even better light control than the mains voltage bulbs, have a longer life and lower replacement costs.
• Transformer is built into the housing
• Precision curved reflector and special light guide give excellent illumination with minimum light spillage
• Double insulated for safety
• Very slim housing does not obstruct view of conductor
• Fitted with 3m of cable
• Unique design of spring clip locks rigidly to the tray without the need for a thumb screw.

Mains voltage LEDclip Light
The best lamp on any music stand, anywhere! Six of the latest high powered LEDs give very bright and even illumination of the score with less light spillage than any other light we know of. The finger-slim aluminium housing allows the musician the best possible view of the conductor.

Warm white LEDs with a colour temperature of 3000K provide light which is relaxing for the professional musician yet make for easy reading of yellowed scores, without the tiring effect of the more common cold white LEDs.

The LEDs are virtually indestructable and never wear out, so you will never again have to change a bulb in the middle of a performance.

Furthermore, over the lifetime of the product lower electricity bills and the absence of bulb replacements costs will easily repay your additional initial investment in this state of the art music stand light.

The mains voltage LEDclip light plugs directly into the mains without the need for a power supply, and can be dimmed just like any ordinary incandescant light.

24V LEDclip Light
All the advantages of the mains voltage LEDclip light but with a low operating voltage which enables this light to be powered from a 24V DC supply in the venue or by any of three interchangeable power supplies:

• plug top power supply
• dimmable power supply with IDS
• rechargeable battery pack

The plug top power supply is ideal for individual stands which do not need to be dimmed.

The dimmable power supply with IDS is perfect for theatre use where many stands can be interconnected and dimmed using a standard theatre dimmer:

• the unit locks quickly and rigidly to the base of the stand
• can be dimmed exactly like an incandescent lamp
• it incorporates IEC inlet and outlet sockets which enable each stand to be connected to the previous one in a daisychain
• a pigtail ensures that the power cords leave the stand at ground level, and that pulling on a power cord cannot pull it from its socket.

The rechargeable battery pack is ideal for open air venues (no power supply required), stage and TV (no messy wiring), and inaccessible spots (no need to arrange wiring for a single stand):

• a choice of removable battery packs give 5 or 9 hours of continuous light between charges
• batteries can be recharged using the single fast charger, or the charging station which charges up to 10 batteries simultaneously
• batteries are recharged in less than half the time for which they have been used
• once the batteries are fully charged, the charger automatically switches to its trickle charge rate
  

Optional radio control: a radio receiver module can be fitted to each light enabling each stand or group of stands to be separately remote controlled. The transmitter module can operate as a stand alone cordless unit controlling all stands as one, or it can be plugged into your lighting control system where it will transmit all 512 DMX channels with full dimming control over each one.

Flight cases are available for all lights, batteries and chargers. Some example sizes are as folllows but please note that these are subject to change so if the size is critical you should check before ordering:

Double width LEDclip Light and Piano light

Available in mains voltage and 24V versions, the double width LEDclip light is perfect for the Concert Conductor's stand and for pianos. Details as above but twice the size.

ConcertLight
The cordless, rechargeable clip-on lamp attaches securely to most music stand trays up to 6.5 mm (1/4") thick.

• Lightweight and compact
• 3.5 hours of top quality illumination between charges
• Optional long life battery gives 6 hours between charges
• Lamp can be powered by the rechargeable battery or directly from the mains using the charger unit.
• NiMH battery packs can be recharged at any time
• A full charge takes about 3.5 hours
• The lamp is supplied in a convenient carry case, complete with one battery pack and charger.

GigLight
Designed from the start as a music light, the GigLight does actually light a whole score (unlike lights derived from book reading lights, which do not have a big enough reach). The 4 supplied AA batteries will power the light for over 8 hours, and the GigLight can also operate from the optional mains adaptor.

The high powered LED light source has a rated life of 50,000 hours, and is impervious to shocks.

The GigLight packs into a very small lightweight pouch.
