From time to time, RATstands may run promotional giveaways on our official social media channels. The following terms and conditions apply to all such competitions, unless stated otherwise.

Promotional Period:

The entry and closure dates for each giveaway will be specified in the caption of the relevant social media post.

Unless otherwise stated, giveaways are open internationally to individuals aged 18 or over.

Employees of RATstands and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

Entry Requirements:

Entry requirements may vary by campaign and will be outlined in each social media post. The following general terms apply:

Entrants must follow @RATstands on the relevant social platform with a valid account.

Entrants must like and save the giveaway post.

Entrants must comment on the post tagging another user who may be interested in the giveaway.

Each valid comment with a tag counts as one entry (maximum of three entries per person).

Additional entries beyond the three-comment limit will not be considered.

Users who have won a RATstands giveaway within the previous 12 months are not eligible to win again.

Any entries that do not meet the above criteria will be disqualified and the promoter shall not be responsible for any such entries received.

The prize:

The prize will be as stated in the social media caption for the relevant giveaway.

Unless otherwise specified, one winner will be selected per giveaway.

Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be sold or returned.

Gift card prizes:

Gift cards will be sent via email to the address provided by the winner.

Gift cards can only be redeemed using the same email address to which they were sent.

Cards are valid on full price, sale, clearance, and promotional items.

To redeem a gift card, the code must be entered during the checkout process.

Winner Selection:

Winners will be selected at random from all valid entries received during the promotional period.

By entering a giveaway, entrants confirm they have read and accepted these terms

Winner notification:

The winner will be contacted via private message on the relevant social media platform, from the @RATstands official account.

To receive the prize, the winner must:

Be following @RATstands.

Respond via private message within 48 hours of being contacted.

If the winner does not respond within the required time, RATstands reserves the right to select another winner.

In the event of any dispute the decision of the promoter is final.

 Disqualification Criteria

The promoter reserves the right to reject entries if they:

a) Contain defamatory, malicious, indecent, or other inappropriate content including sexist or racist language or imagery.

b) Contain immoral or obscene behaviour.

c) Condone or encourage violent or anti-social behaviour.

d) Cause offence on the ground of religion, gender, sexual orientation, nudity, disability or age.

e) Refer to any brand other than the promoter; or

f) Represent a danger, health and safety fear or distress.

The promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants. The promoter may require such information as it considers reasonably necessary for this purpose and the prize may be withheld until the promoter is satisfied with the verification.

The promoter reserves the right at its absolute discretion to disqualify entries which do not comply with these terms and conditions or any participant who it reasonably believes has interfered with the fair running of this promotion.

Publicity

Winners may be asked to participate in reasonable publicity following the promotion. This may include being featured in social media, blog, or website content. Participation is optional and subject to consent.
