Promotion Terms and Conditions
- 1. All promotions are applied to the value of the order, excluding delivery costs and are subject to our general Terms and Conditions.
- 2. Discounts are only valid for orders placed online at www.ratstands.com
- 3. All promotional codes must be applied by the Customer prior to completing the order for the discount to be deducted. Promotions cannot be applied to previously placed orders or orders placed after the promotion’s expiry date.
- 4. Unless stated, Discount codes are not valid in conjunction with any other voucher code or offer, including sitewide sales.
- 5. Unless stated, discounts are not valid on clearance or sale items.
- 6. Unless stated otherwise, only one voucher code can be used per order, per person.
- 7. RATstands reserves the right to exclude certain products from promotions. See the specific details of the promotion for excluded products.
- 8. Promotional codes are not transferable or redeemable for cash or credit (this includes gift cards).
- 9. In the event of product returns, refunds will be given for the value of the original purchase, i.e.: With applied discount. Not at the RRP of the item.
- 10. In the event of part of the order being returned, the monetary value returned will be the value of the item/s at the time of the transaction, ie: with discount applied. The promotional discount will not be applied to replacement items. If the offer is still valid at the time of making a return you should place a new order using the original promotional code.
- 11. RATstands reserves the right to amend or withdraw a promotion at any time.
- 12. RATstands reserve the right to decline orders where, in its opinion, a promotion code is invalid.
- 13. RATstands reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time.
- 14. RATstands shall not be liable for any financial loss arising out of the refusal, cancellation, or withdrawal of any promotion or any failure or inability of a Customer to take advantage of a promotion for any reason.
