We currently only ship to addresses in the UK, Europe, USA, and Canada. *Exclusions Apply. Please contact us for shipping outside of these areas.

Orders are only despatched on weekdays (Monday-Friday).  

Products that are in stock will be despatched the next working day to the order date. 

Individual product lead times can be found on their shop product page. 

Products ordered on our online shop are shipped using an economy service.  

Transit times vary depending on the country of the delivery address.  

Any customs charges and/or import duties are applied at the discretion of the carrier and local laws and all customs charges will be payable by the customer and will not be covered by RATstands. For more accurate information, we’d suggest getting in touch with your local customs office, so you’re not surprised if there are any unexpected delivery charges at your end. 

We currently offer FREE shipping to addresses within mainland UK  *Exclusions Apply – For a full list of valid free shipping postcodes please contact us. Free shipping excludes SpeedDeck packages and some promotional products.

Shipping costs to Europe, Channel Islands, Canada, and the USA vary based on the product and quantity ordered.  

Accurate shipping costs can be found when the selected products and a shipping address is entered in the shopping basket.  

Shipping costs in the shopping basket are exclusive of any customs charges or import fees.
