General FAQ’s

All our professional range products, SpeedDeck Staging Range, and some of our Tempo Range products are manufactured in the UK at our factory in Essex.  

Some of the Tempo Range Products are designed in the UK and manufactured in China and Taiwan. 

We keep most of our Tempo Range products in stock and can typically dispatch within 1 week of the date of order. For products we do not keep in stock, the lead time can vary between 4-12 weeks. Please contact us with your enquiry for a specific date. 

Most products are despatched from our UK warehouse. 

We also stock selected products in our U.S. warehouse. Orders of these products, with a U.S. or Canadian shipping address are despatched from here.

We may despatch your order from different warehouses depending on stock.

We do not offer a hire service of our products; however, there are hire companies in the UK, Spain and Dubai who hire our products out. Contact us for more details.

We offer a 2-year manufacturer’s warranty on our electronic products and a 5-year manufacturer’s warranty on our music stands, staging and chairs.

How to assemble the RATstands Jazz Stand Pro 

 

Although it is possible to replace the head section on an existing Jazz Range Stand, we do not recommend frequently changing these sections.

Please be aware that our manufacturer’s warranty will not cover any parts lost or damaged if the head and tray is interchanged repeatedly.
